Following two Summer trips in Scandinavia, travelling with Esterel folding caravans (S 34 and C 39) which I modified for the project, I decided to create a tiny folding caravan towable even with a small car, or electric car.

The goal was to reduce the size to a TEARDROP caravan but with offering the comfort of a conventionnal caravan (1,95 m headroom, a wash bassin with hot/cold water, a chemical toilet, a breakfast zone, tons of cloths and food storage,  and more !

The result is Origami, the smallest folding trailer with a rigid structure fully insulated.

Originally,  Origami was designed to accomodate one person, but the single bed can be converted into a 1,20 m wide double bed or two separate single berths.
